Oh, cruel retailers! Why must you misuse the English language so?

Roy’s Apostrophes is an ongoing project in which my obsessively punctuation-conscious father can correct the mis-punctuations of shop fronts with a custom made apostrophe inserter whilst out and about.

Roy’s borderline psychotic obsession with correct punctuation has informed my own interest in language, almost through force. I am nonetheless grateful.
